Returns and Warranty

Returns. Razor will pay for return shipping costs for new and unused products from 30 days of receipt of product by customer. After 30 day returns please contact Customer Service for more information. Customer Service can be reached on customerservice@razorusa.com or 866-467-2967 (8am to 5pm PST).

Razor Limited 12 Month Warranty: The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 365 days from date of receipt of product by customer. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tires, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of a Razor product.
